In 2006, Deb was promoted into her current position as Director of Rehabilitation Services, in which she oversees all of WTC’s adult day programs (ADP). Deb’s current job duties include organizing and monitoring all of WTC’s ADP’s; supervising program coordinators; leading trainings such as the 16 hour orientation for all new ADP staff, ProACT and First Aid/CPR, among others; monitoring the Community Care licensing, CARF, and ADA standards for WTC. Deb holds a BA in Recreation Therapy from CSU Chico, a BA in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco; and an MA in Public Administration with emphasis in non-profit organization management from USF. In addition, she has an Adult Ed teaching credential, and has been a CARF Surveyor since 1897.
