Description of CES Program

Community Employment Services (CES) is the individual placement employment program of Work Training Center, a non-profit organization designed to assist adults with developmental disabilities. Individual placement employment is paid employment at a rate equal to or exceeding minimum wage--with training and support provided by Work Training Center staff. CES is the largest individual placement employment program serving the Butte County area.

The objective of the program is to assist and guide people with disabilities in their search for employment in the community. We have developed partnerships with businesses throughout Butte County, helping employers meet their staffing needs.
