Feather River Opportunity Center (FROC) is located at 2905 Lincoln Boulevard in Oroville. This building was designed and constructed in 2004 to increase production capacity and efficiency. The workforce here is capable of a wide range of labor intensive tasks, including light industrial assembly, bulk mailings, collating, labeling and packaging. Local businesses have come to depend upon FROC for fast and accurate assembly of highly sensitive components. A confidential document shredding service is also available at this location.
