WTC work groups are tailored to the needs of the customer.
Each work group is provided with an experienced, qualified supervisor that assists in training, productivity management, and general supervision of WTC workers. Your business or organization is billed a flat rate for the work group and supervisor.
All worker and supervisor wages, payroll taxes, and workers compensation fees are paid by WTC.
Bear Mountain Production Services (BMPS) offers a flexible workforce able to perform a wide variety of tasks. This includes light industrial assembly, bulk mailing, document collating, order fulfillment, and many other services requiring speed and accuracy.
Individuals with developmental disabilities are employed at BMPS, under the supervision of qualified and experienced staff. Customer satisfaction is always the top priority. Pick-up and delivery is available throughout the north state with BMPS vehicles. FedEx services connect BMPS to customers anywhere.

At Deer Creek Sewing, approximately 20 individuals with developmental disabilities are employed full time in this commercial sewing operation. Production standards are high and customer satisfaction is always a priority. Design services are available in addition to custom made and standard products.
