At this Chico location, adults with a wide range of abilities receive community integrated training in social, vocational, and daily living skills. The goal is to increase and maintain independence, encourage decision making, and provide interaction between participants and persons without disabilities in the local community. A high staff ratio assists in individual achievement.
Services are provided to persons who need constant supervision, may require assistance with personal care or feeding, there is a nurse, part-time, to assist with "G-tube" feeding or other medical needs. Individauls should also be are able to participate in community activities at least four hours weekly, and can function in a group setting of no less than 1:3 staff to consumer ratio. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis as determined by the individual's interdisciplinary team.

- Communication skills
- Daily living and basic self care
- Positive behavior support and social skill development
- Work adjustment and job skills training in the Center and small enclaves in the community
- Community & center based recreation and leisure activities
- Motor Skill Development and Physical Therapy consultation.
