LAURA CARTER

Chief Financial Officer

I have been with WTC for a little over 7 years now as the CFO.  Beginning in November 2020 I moved into a fully remote position as I relocated to the state of Texas.  When I am not working I like to spend time doing hand crafts, enjoying my 3-year old granddaughter and taking day trips with my husband to explore and learn about the area we now live in.

Sales and Customer Relations Manager

As the sales manager for WTC, I oversee new and existing accounts for landscaping and janitorial services.  My background has always been in sales, but primarily in the media industry. I started in 2018 working with this team to maximize our commercial opportunities. In my free time I love to spend time with my family & our mini aussie Rudy.

JULIE ELLEN

Director of Facilities and Maintenance

Julie started her career at WTC as a volunteer at Do-It Leisure. Much like a few other individuals, Julie has worked in many different positions throughout her 15 years here. Now as the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation her and her team take care of all our needs throughout our facilities. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with my family.

ANDREA MORIARTY

Director of Client Services

I started as a CSU, Chico Recreation Therapist Intern in 1989 with Do-It Leisure. I’ve held almost all positions within Do-It Leisure and now I am Director of Client Services.  I am married to my wonderful wife Jessica, and we have 2 pups and 2 cats.  I love gardening, home remodeling, travelling in our travel trailer, kayaking and jet skiing.

TIM WATERS

Director of Systems and Workflow

I joined WTC in 2009 working in Information Technology. My team and I handle any technological needs that may arise in the company. When I am not at work I love spending time with my family, the San Francisco 49's and going to Reno.

CHRISTINA ARCHIE

Executive Team Support

I joined the WTC team in September of 2021 and am excited to be part of an organization that serves this community. I graduated from CSU Chico with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and have experience in finance and project management. I enjoy spending time with my children and traveling.
